10月に入り、STINGRAY バンブーをご愛用頂いているお二人のライダーから、これから始まるシーズンを控え困った状況にあるとのご連絡を頂きました。昨シーズンのツアー中、お一人は大木に衝突し、フロントボードのノーズ部分がねじれ、破損してしまいました。そして、もう一人の方は滑走中に岩などの硬いものにヒットし、その衝撃でABSサイドウォールに亀裂が入り、そこから浸水してトップシートの剥離が始まってしまったとのことでした。お二人共、フロントボード単体での購入が可能かどうかというご相談でした。通常、弊社のボードはフロントとリアのセット販売のみを行っています。しかし、今シーズンからD2C（メーカー直販）モデルへと移行したことで、お客様のニーズにしっかりと耳を傾け、柔軟に対応していきたいと考えています。今週よりバンブーモデルである「STINGRAY BB」「STINGRAY WP」「SESSION III BB」について、フロントボード及びリアボードを単品で販売致します。それぞれのボード価格はセット価格より少々割高にはなりますが、セット全体を買い直す必要はなくなります。これからは安心して、思い切りライディングを楽しんで下さい。私たちがしっかりサポートいたします！

Big News for the Snowmoto community!
It’s October, and we recently heard from two STINGRAY Bamboo riders who found themselves in a tough spot. During a tour last season, one of them took a hard hit against a large tree, leaving the nose of their front board twisted and damaged. The other rider struck a rock or another hard object while riding; the impact cracked the ABS sidewall, allowing water to seep in and causing the top sheet to start delaminating. Both reached out to ask if they could purchase just the front board. Normally, our boards are only sold as a front-and-rear set. However, with our transition to a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model starting this season, we want to listen closely to your needs and keep things flexible. That is why we are making a big change to our lineup. Starting this week, we will offer individual front and rear boards for our bamboo models: the STINGRAY BB, STINGRAY WP, and SESSION III BB.
Going forward, even if you take a heavy impact on the slopes, you can simply replace the damaged board. While buying a single board is slightly more expensive than half the price of a full set, it completely saves you from having to buy a whole new kit. Ride hard, ride with peace of mind. We’ve got your back.
