STINGRAYボードの設計の際にハイブリットボードとして計画されたエキサイティングなアイデアです。このボードの登場によりあなたのSTINGRAYの操作性が更に向上し、タイトなツリーランや遊び心のある地形ライディング、障害物を避けるための素早い切り返し、そしてサーフィンのようなシャープなターンを可能にしました！ウイングピン(テールエッジとエンド形状)の利点は、キレ(カービング)とズレ(ズラし)の強弱を明確に表現できることです。ウイング部分がターンで雪面にしっかりと食い込み強いエッジプレッシャーをかけやすくなるため、カービングでズレにくくなります。また、ウイングよりテールエンドのアウトラインが通常よりも一回り小さいことで、ズラした時の雪面への抵抗が少なくなり、ズラしやすくなります。また、既にSTINGRAYをお持ちのオーナーは深雪(新雪)だけに限定されず、リアボードを使い分けることによりシーズンインからアウトまであらゆるコンディションで楽しむことが可能になります。

This is an exciting concept that was originally planned as a hybrid board during the design phase of the STINGRAY. With the introduction of this board, your STINGRAY’s maneuverability has been further enhanced, enabling tight tree runs, playful terrain riding, quick pivots to avoid obstacles, and sharp, surf-like turns! The advantage of the Wing Pin (tail edge and tail shape) is that it clearly expresses the balance between carving and sliding. The wing section bites firmly into the snow during turns, making it easier to apply strong edge pressure, which reduces the tendency to slide while carving. Additionally, since the tail end’s outline is slightly smaller than usual compared to the wing, there is less resistance against the snow when sliding, making it easier to slide.
Furthermore, for owners who already own a STINGRAY, this means you’re no longer limited to deep snow (fresh powder)—by switching between rear boards, you can enjoy all kinds of conditions from the start of the season right through to the end.

＊ スーパーフィッシュ及びスティングレー ウィングピンテールに採用されているピンテールデザインは、TMWが製造・販売するボードにのみ使用が許可されるものです。 2017年より日本及びフランスを含むEU28カ国で登録商標®として登録されています。
＊ All bamboo models manufactured under The Day and TMW brands are crafted using natural bamboo materials. Because of this, the shading and grain of the veneer will vary slightly from board to board. While we personally inspect and match the shading of each front and rear board before shipping, please be aware that we cannot guarantee a perfect color match between the front and back pieces.

▪️3Dソールとは / What is the 3D Sole
ボードを製造する際にソール面を立体成形された金型を用いソールの左右を1〜2.5mm程度浮かす(反らす)ことにより、ターンの時のエッジ抵抗を減少させスムーズかつ軽やかなターンを楽しむことが可能になる特別なソール成形になります。この先進技術はプレミアムなパウダースノーボード市場で急速に主流となりましたが、TMWは依然として絶対的なパイオニアであり、この3D技術をスノーバイク業界にシームレスに統合した唯一のブランドです。
The 3D sole is a special construction method in which the base is molded three-dimensionally, lifting each side of the sole by around 1 to 2.5 mm. This reduces edge resistance in turns and creates a ride that feels smoother, lighter, and more effortless. While this advanced technology has rapidly dominated the premium powder snowboard market, TMW remains the absolute pioneer, being the only brand to seamlessly integrate this 3D tech into the snowbike industry.
