1. 保証対象・保証期間 / Warranty coverage・Warranty period
(1) 弊社が製造販売するスノーモトのフレーム、フォーク及び関連パーツのみ対象といたします。
(2) 保証期間はご購入日から6ヶ月間とします。
※ 使用後のボードの亀裂や破損、ひび割れ、ネジの締め過ぎによるソールの突起、ウレタン・EVA製品の劣化や破損は全て「保証範囲外」となります。
(1) Only Snowmoto frames, fork and related parts manufactured and sold by our company are eligible.
(2) The warranty period shall be 6 months from the date of purchase.
※ Cracks, damage, and cracks in the board after use, projections on the sole due to overtightening of screws, and deterioration and damage to urethane and EVA products are all outside the scope of warranty.
2. 保証範囲 / Warranty scope
(1) 保証適用商品はフレーム、フォーク及び付属パーツとなります。
(2) 通常の使用において、品質及び構造上の欠陥により故障又は破損した場合。

3. 保証範囲外 / Out of warranty
(1) 使用者の使い方によりフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(2) 使用前の不備が起因でフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(3) 移動中の不備や事故などでフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(4) 使用者自身の意図で改造をおこないフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(5) 火・熱など外的要因によりフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(6) 火災、水害、天災などによりフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。
(7) 使用後の取付けパーツやブッシュ、シートに使われるウレタン・EVA製品の劣化や摩耗が生じた場合。
(8) その他、誤った使用をおこないフレームやフォークに歪みや破損が生じた場合。

(3) When the frame, fork is distorted or damaged due to defects or accidents during transportation.

(6) When the frame, fork is distorted or damaged due to fire, flood, natural disaster, etc.
(7) Deterioration or wear of urethane/EVA products used for mounting parts, bushes, and seats after use.
(8) In addition, if the frame, fork is distorted or damaged due to incorrect use.
4. 保証方法 / Guarantee method
(1) 保証範囲を満たす物に限り修理可能な場合・・・無償修理
(2) 保証範囲を満たす物に限り修理不可能な場合・・・部品交換もしくは新品交換
(3) 修理可能、不可能の判断は弊社にて判断いたします。
(1) Limited to items that meet the warranty scope, if repairable・・・Free repair
(2) Limited to items that satisfy the warranty range, and if repair is not possible・・・Replacement of parts or replacement of new products
(3) We will judge whether repair is possible or not.
5. 保証請求の手続き / Warranty claims procedure
(1) 保証請求は商品購入後7日以内にご請求下さい。7日を過ぎた場合は保証出来ません。
(2) 商品に歪みや破損など見つかった場合は購入された販売店にご連絡下さい。
(3) 保証範囲内の商品及び部品交換にかかる運賃は弊社が負担いたします。
(4) 保証範囲外の商品及び部品交換にかかる運賃はお客様がご負担下さい。
(1) Please make a warranty claim within 7 days after purchasing the product. After 7 days, we cannot guarantee it.
(2) If you find any distortion or damage on the product, please contact the dealer where you purchased it.
(3) We will bear the shipping charges for the replacement of products and parts covered by the warranty.

▪️不良品について / About defective products
弊社では商品出荷時に検品を行い発送させていただいておりますが、お客様のお届けした商品においてフレーム、フォーク並びにボードに万一不良品が見つかった場合は商品ご購入後7日以内に販売店に連絡いただきますようお願いします。
We inspect the product before shipping, but if you find a defective frame, fork or board in the product you received, please contact the store within 7 days after purchasing the product. Please contact us.

商品購入後、使用された商品の返品はお受けできません。

お子様がパーツ類を口に入れないようご注意下さい。弊社ではお客様の不注意により万一事故を起こされた場合、一切の責任を負いかねます。

▪️デメリット表示 / Demerit notice
スノーモトをご使用いただく際、以下の項目をよくご理解の上ご使用下さい。なお、下記に明記した誤った使用方法などにより、製品に傷や破損が生じたり使用者本人の負傷や本人以外を巻き込んだ事故をおこした場合、弊社は一切の交換ならびに責任を負いません。
(1) 体重120kgを超えるライダーがスノーモトで滑走した場合、フレームやフォーク、ボードにダメージを与えたり破損する可能性があります。
(2) 滑走中に障害物(樹木・リフト鉄塔などのゲレンデ施設など)への接触などにより、ハンドルやフォークが歪んだり折れたりする場合があります。
(3) フレームやフォーク、ハンドルバーが金属疲労で破損する恐れがあります。使用前にクラックが入ってないか確認して下さい。
(4) ボードを使用する前に使わない部分のエッジはヤスリを使ってダリングして下さい。
(5) ボードで非貫通ブッシュを使用した場合、フロントボード(リア)とリアボード(ノーズ)が干渉します。
(6) マニュアル(ウイリー)走行などボードに負担のかかる乗り方をした場合、ボードが破損することがあります。
When using Snowmoto, please use after understanding the following items. In addition, if the product is damaged or damaged due to the incorrect usage specified below, or if the user is injured or an accident involving other people is caused, we will not replace or take any responsibility.

(3) Frames, forks and handlebars can be damaged by metal fatigue. Check for cracks before use.
(4) File dulling the edges of the unused parts before using the board.
(5) If Non-penetrating bush are used on boards, the Front board (Rear side) and Rear board (Nose side) will interfere.
(6) The board may be damaged if you ride it in a way that puts a strain on the board, such as Manual (wheelie) riding.
▪️滑走時の注意事項 / Precautions when riding.
(1) 滑走される際はヘルメットを着用するようにしましょう。
(2) 滑走される際は必ずリーシュコードを装着して下さい。
(3) 滑走される際は必ずボルトやナットに緩みがないか確認した上で滑走して下さい。
(4) エアーやトリックは人のいない場所でトライして下さい。また、自分以外の人がどこにいるかを確認しておくとも忘れずに。
(5) 定期的にフレームやボードの異常がないか確認を行いましょう。
(6) スノーモトは日本のスノーリゾートにとってはまだ新しいアイテムです。スキーヤーやボーダにも理解して頂くためマナーを厳守して下さい。
(1) Wear a helmet when riding.
(2) Be sure to wear a leash cord when riding.
(3) When skiing, be sure to check that there are no loose bolts or nuts before riding.
(4) Try airs and tricks play in a quiet place. Also, don’t forget to check where everyone else is.
(5) Regularly check the frame and board for any abnormalities.
(6) Snowmoto is still a new item for Snow resorts. Please strictly observe manners so that Skiers and Snowboarders can understand.
